You made a mistake when you placed your order
- Mistakes can happen and we'll try our best to amend your order but on occasions we aren't able to make any changes.This is because your order is already in production or has been made.
Can you add a gift card for a special occasion ?

- It's not obliged to create an account. You can place an order as a guest. If you need more information please contact our Customer Service,
I need my order very fast
- We offer different ways of shipment and one of them is super express shipment with next day delivery after dispatch for UK. You can also always pick up for free your order in our shop in Greenock ( Glasgow, UK ). For International express shipments please contact our Customer Service.
Do you deliver outside UK ?
- Yes we do, daily we send orders worldwide. Please contact our Customer Service.
Can I send my order directly to an other recipient ?
- No problem at all, you can place an order and send directly to your family, friend, customers, etc... The shipping costs will be calculated on the recipeints address information. Do you need more information, please contact our Customer Service.
Can you send my items to more then one delivery addresses ?
- That's no problem at all we can deliver your items worldwide to so many receivers you wish ofcourse this will have an influence on the shipping costs. For more information contact our Customer Service.
Can I choose date and time of my delivery ?
- We offer next day delivery for UK and in this case you can choose your prefered day of delivery but an exact time of delivery sadly enough we aren't able to provide yet. For more information contact our Customer Service.
Do you offer discounts or coupons ?
- Yes we offer discounts and coupons. Follow Us on Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook and be the first to know. Beside our temporary discounts or coupons we always offer volume discounts. Please contact our Customer Service for more information.

Can you personalise my order ?
- Yes no problem we offer inhouse printing and embroidery service in Greenock UK
Can I gift wrap my order ?
- No problem at all. You can choose one of our options to gift wrap your order. We offer paper gift wrap and if you want something special, we offer also gift boxes to gift wrap your order. You find these options in our gift category.
There isn't enough space in the box for my personalisation
- That's no problem at all. Place your order and send us an email with your order number or contact our Customer Service
Where is my order ?
- You can find your tracking number or shipping number in your account for each order. Do you feel your order is delayed or lost don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service and we will always stay togheter till you receive your order
Which shipping company will delivery my order ?
- Most smaller orders in UK will be delivered with Royal Mail but our shipping department always try to select the best shipping company according to your order, delivery time and destination.
Can I return my order ?
- Non personalised items can be returned on customer expenses maximum 14 days after delivery but personalised items can only be returned if a mistake has been made by us.
How can I return my order ?
- Please contact our Customer Service by mail, chat or phone and we will transmit you a return code. Attentions returns without return code will never be accepted.
You gave a wrong delivery address
- If your order hasn't been send or packed we're happy to change your delivery address but unfortunately if your order has been send or packed already we aren't able no more to change your delivery address.
What happens if you aren't at home if we try to delivery
- If you aren't at home when our shipping agent try to deliver your order they will leave a delivery notification but we know from experience that offen local postman make special agreements with their customers. Don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service if you are having problems receiving your order
I've placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email
- When you place an order we always send a confirmation email but somethimes it can happen it will get in your spam. You can also check if your order is confirmed in your account or you can contact our Customer Service to check.
I contacted you by email and I didn't get any reply
- We're sorry to hear you didn't receive any reply but normally we always reply all emails in maximum 24 hours. Did you check in your spam because somethimes it happens that emails are arriving in your spam. We always try to give the best Customer Service possible but mistake can happen therefore we would like to ask if you can re-send your email or contact us by phone or chat.
I'm unhappy with my order
- We're very sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your order therefore we would like you to ask our Customer Service to see how we could solve your problems.
